Here are a few optional extras that you may wish to add to your main package. For anything else just give us a call to discuss.

Marquees can now be used for events all year round; just add a heater to create the perfect temperature. We offer 3 types of heater:

Diesel powered indirect heater. This heater is positioned outside the marquee and the heat is vented inside. It comes with a thermostatic control so you are able to control the required temperature. This heater is recommended for the larger marquee events.

Prices from £130 plus fuel used.

Electric fan heater. This heater is a good low cost option for the smaller events. It comes complete with thermostatic control so that you can set the temperature required.

Prices from £20

Patio heater. This heater is used for heating areas outside the marquee and cannot be used inside. It comes complete with a full bottle of gas.

Price £70 inc gas

Why not add a stylish entrance pagoda to your event. This makes an ideal greeting area at weddings or it can provide extra space for coats and presents at parties. We can also supply this with a red carpet walkway for those truly special events. The Grand Entrance includes a 3.6m x 3.6m pagoda with ivory roof lining and curtains, elegant chandelier, wooden floor and red carpet entrance (optional). Price £200

We can supply all the crockery and cutlery that you require for an event. Prices will depend on your exact requirements but a price guide for a full table setting for a 3 course meal including crockery, cutlery and glassware will be approx £3.00 per head. If your event requires a bar we can provide a tent for this and organise a mobile bar as well if required. The mobile bar can be fully stocked and staffed or simply supplied as a dry bar that you can run yourself. Please contact us for more details and prices.

If you are having on-site catering we can supply a catering tent complete with solid floor, lighting and electrics. Prices are from £295 but please contact us to obtain an accurate quote depending on your requirements.

We can supply links to caterers within the Yorkshire area who can provide catering from a hog roast and buffet to a formal three course meal. Contact us for details.
