Below are some of the more frequently asked questions and answers. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any other queries you may have.

What is the booking procedure?

To book any of the marquee packages then contact us either by phone or email. We will then send you a copy of the terms and conditions and a full inventory of the equipment we will be supplying. If you decide to proceed with the booking then you must return a signed copy of the terms and conditions along with a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the package value. This will then guarantee the date and package that you have selected. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Payment is accepted by Paypal or cheque.


When you contact us with an enquiry we will ask you a few questions about the site on which you are proposing to have the marquee erected and ascertain at this stage whether a site visit is required prior to the event. If the site site is flat and has easy access and sufficient space then a site visit may not be required, especially for the smaller events. We may feel that a site visit is required for the larger events. Please note that site visits are free and no obligation, but a small charge may be neccesary if the site is further than 50 miles from Leeds.


We aim to deliver and erect the marquee 1 or 2 days prior to the event and collect the marquee no more than 2 days after the event date. We will agree these details with you upon booking. With some of the smaller packages they may be able to erect on the day of the event and collect the day after.


The smaller pagoda style marquees can be erected in 4-5 hours and dismantled in 3-4 hours. The larger marquees will take most of the day to erect and dress and slightly less time to dismantle. For very large events we may need more than one day for erection and set up.


Most of the packages are also suitable for winter events. We supply wooden floors as standard so that there is no problems with wet grounds. You can also add a heater with a thermostat to any package which will mean that you can set the marquee temperature as required.


If none of our packages include exactly what you need then please contact us. We can either slightly amend a package to include extra equipment or even take some items out to your requirements. Alternatively let us design an event from scratch with our bespoke service.


All our packages come complete with all electrical connections included in the price. The electricity required for these packages can be supplied by plugging an extension lead complete with RCD into a house socket, we supply the extension leads and RCD breakers as standard. If you have no plug socket, i.e. if the event is in a field then we can supply a generator, please call for prices. None of our standard packages require a separate fuse board or electrician to connect them but if you are having a catering tent and DJ or band then this may become necessary.


The package price includes all equipment listed, marquee erection and furniture set up, including all dressing and staging, dismantling and all delivery costs. Additional delivery charges may be made if the site is more than 50 miles from Leeds. Extra charges may also include insurance and any optional extras you may require, i.e. heating, grand entrance etc.
